A particular spons member has been extremely enthusiastic in putting up the banners of the sponsor for Retailor all across IIM-B. Many have come to believe that Vista itself is sponsord by this special sponsor. Whether a custom-made business suit was sponsored to our spons boy is not known. But Ankita came up with the dialogue of the day for the same, “We will probably have more banners than participants at Retailor this time”
Hospi desk members, super-busy as they are, has seen lots of conversation generated around super-human abilities of other FII members. Negi, for example, was seen near the Planet M stall, staring longingly at a Superman tee. When Namrata asked him, why he doesn’t buy one, he said Superman’s specialty lies in other garments. To which dear Ria made a controversial comment – “Haan kal raat bhi toh tumne aadhe kapde hi pehne hue the” 😛 😛
Wonder what superpowers this Superman is blessed with… (Handling ‘PGP1s’, spons head.. etc etc..)

Negi is not to be found anywhere in the vicinity of the hospi or control room. Last heard, he was asking for a +1 for dinner and some cinepolis coupons for a romantic movie.

Well, everyone was super impressed with Bhushan’s work, Ria took it to another level. While Ria promised to hire him for her company earlier in the day, but she got annoyed with him at something & told him “Bhushan, I’ll not hire you”. Bhushan, who could not offer to miss out on the golden opportunity to work with Ms. Ghosh, offered her a valuable proposition. Bhushan says.. “ Ria, if you hire me, we can do OTHER Stuff….” … We can only wonder what that may be !! 😛
Saumya was seen collecting tees for Aditi. According to the grapevine, he wanted to make sure the shirt is right for her. Their ‘friendship’ goes a long way , right back till Aarambh, when both of them had eyes for just each other during the singing practices.
Lets find out who is ahead in the race – Bhushan or Saumya
Someone at Hospi asks Bhushan what is the situation after yest’s ‘big affair’. He replies with a sad look on his face.. “ Yaar, kuch nahi ho raha aaj.. Ria toh joh aa raha hai uske sath flirt kiye jaa rahi hai..”
For the uninitiated, Ria was seen flirting incessantly with a certain PGP3 who was on campus, with Negi at the Planet M (more on that in the next post..)and with innumerable contestants.
When another FII member at the hospi desk was half way through this post for weoverheard.. the other RG happened to see it on the laptop and totally denied discussion on any other topic before the Part 2 chapter was revealed to him.. RG why were you so eager to know what had happened?
Vishwas has taken his role of being a ‘Food Coordinator’ quite seriously.. Much beyond FII actually. He was spotted being over-helpful to a certain Singapore student, buying her bread pakoras etc. And he said he could ‘offer her more’.. We wonder what that may be..!! When quizzed further, he admitted he just made up stuff as he was getting desperate to appear on we overheard, especially after Bhushan was hogging the limelight. Talk about insecurity among PGP1s…
After the famous dialogue exchange between Ria and himself, Bhushan decided to change track for some damage control ( for obvious reasons). Apparently, the mech engg Bhushan (walking in Sammy’s footsteps), put in a lot of fight yesterday to resolve the WiFi woes of some ‘special contestants’ from IIM S. It is noteworthy that, earlier in the day, his guru, Sammy, had tried to impress the same ‘guests’ while making an effort to solve this. Talking about ‘meri billi mujhse hi meow’ !! 😛
We have seen Bhuski take his bosses foot steps in many other aspects as well these days..
Increasing insecurities for the publi POC
The merchandise desk near the hospi saw little action on day 1 in the first 2-3 hours. Our dear Sammy, inspite of frequenting the desk for a long time, did not really seem interested in any of the items. Well, only until the person behind the desk changed. The moment a girl replaced the position behind the desk, Sammy was seen buying a bottle within 2 mins.. and asking the price of the very same items that he had decided earlier in the day! Now, we are not saying anything, are we?.. Just that FII would have sold more merchandise if Sammy didn’t frequent the desk so often. Last we saw, the special someone was seen asking Sammy for a free Vista tee!
